Workout Tracker

One training session as a page you log from between sets: blocks in order, supersets and circuits, straight sets, ramping sets, per-side work, countdowns, stopwatches and intervals. Every set is one tap, pre-filled from the plan, saved as it is logged and kept if the signal drops. Sets land in one workout series, so a month of sessions answers as one query.by super-artifacts · Published

Installing copies the layout and the data shape. Nothing is published until your agent builds from it.

Ask your agent to fill it in

Paste it at your agent to build something from this template. It offers three scenarios, and asks before publishing anything.

More for Track

What your agent fills in

  • Optional:planjson

The session this tracker is for, as a plan document (planVersion 1): the day, a title, optional session type, phase and target duration, up to eight briefing lines, and up to sixteen blocks run in `order`. A block holds items and may be a superset or circuit with rounds. An item names a movement with a stable kebab-case canonicalId (the key that joins weeks, never the display name) and one component: sets, pyramid (ramping steps), sided (left and right rows), countdown, stopwatch or interval. Loads and reps are the pre-filled values, in the item's loadUnit or else the unit slot. Every new tracker fills this slot.

  • Required:unittext

The unit loads are entered in unless an item names its own loadUnit: kg or lb. Declared, never converted on the page beyond the one pounds column the record keeps for queries.

  • Optional:titletext

The session title. Only read when there is no plan (a plan carries its own title); kept so trackers built before the plan document still render.

  • Optional:exerciseslistname · targetSets · notes

The older, simpler shape: exercises in order, each with a name, target sets and a note. Only read when there is no plan, and drawn as straight sets. New trackers use plan instead.

Use cases

  • Log a gym session from the phone
  • A week of sessions from a coach's programme
  • Timed circuits and intervals
  • Rehab exercises to show a physio
